The Clan Gathering of Restaurants is hiring experienced line cooks for Imperial Market & Eatery.

The Imperial Market & Eatery is community-focused and offers exceptional global comfort food made from scratch with local ingredients.

Line cooks will deliver the best possible culinary experience for our customers with particular emphasis on using fresh, local ingredients, and traditional cooking methods.

Accountabilities:

• Reports to Sous Chef & Head Chef
• Bring passion to the kitchen every day and inspire other team members
• Support with menu creation, daily features, special event menus
• Ensuring food quality and execution

Required qualifications: 

• Basic food handlers certification
• WHMIS certified
• Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, courteous, and positive attitudes
• Passion for exceeding culinary expectations and crafting high-quality pub food from local ingredients

Salary: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
